ICNIRP is organizing the 7th International NIR Workshop from 9-11 May 2012, at the John McIntyre Conference Centre, 18 Holyrood Park Road, EH16 5AY, Edinburgh. The workshop is open to public participation upon payment of a registration fee and within the limit of the seat capacity. Registration will be confirmed upon receipt of the payment on a first-come first-served basis within the capacity limit. Payment are to be made either online by credit card (visa and/or mastercard) or within a week after registration by bank transfer.

Participants from non profit organizations (NPO) register for EUR 470, participants from commercial entities for EUR 560. The registration fee includes: participation to the scientific sessions, an abstracts' booklet, access to catering and access to the powerpoint presentations after the workshop.

Cancellations notified within two weeks after the online registration will lead to a 100% reimbursement of the registration fee. No other claim can be made to the Conference organizers. Participation in the Conference is at the own risk of the participant and can not lead to any claim to ICNIRP.

ICNIRP ensures confidential handling of all customer data received.

Credit card payment will be processed by ICNIRP through an 128 bit SSl encryption by B+S Card Service. Refence will be made to www.icnirp.org on the credit card account receipt. The cardholder will be debited after issuance of the invoice by ICNIRP up to three workdays after the online payment. In case the status of the registrant (Commercial-NPO) has been erroneously selected ICNIRP reserves the right to claim any missing amount.
