Her research interests include medical applications of EMF, exposure assessment, and systematic reviews. She holds a Master's degree in Electronic Engineering from La Sapienza University of Rome, where she focused on mobile phone compliance testing. Rosanna has expertise in measuring dielectric properties, assessing health risks related to EMF, and designing systems for biological experiments and wireless power transfer in electric vehicles. Rosanna has managed both national and international research projects and collaborations, including work as a visiting scientist at the JRC of ISPRA and the Academy of Sciences of the Czech Republic. She is a member of the Swedish Radiation Safety Authority's Scientific Council for EMF Health and contributes to international EMF exposure standards as part of the IEC TC106 working group.
