Jan Radosz is heading the Laboratory of Noise at the Central Institute for Labour Protection – National Research Institute in Poland. He received the M.S. degree in vibroacoustics from the AGH University of Science and Technology, Cracow, in 2008, and the Ph.D. degree from the CIOP-PIB in Warsaw (2016). His research interests cover the health effects of noise including infrasound and ultrasound, room acoustics and technical noise control. His research activity is supported by more than 30 papers on peer-review journals. Since 2011, he has been a member of Technical Assistance and Information Exchange Instrument of the European Commission. Since 2012, he has also been a member of the Technical Working Group on Physical Factors in Work Environment of the Interministerial Committee for TLV in Poland. Presently he is Chair of the Technical Committee No.157 for Physical Hazards in the Work Environment of Polish Committee for Standardization. He was appointed a Member of the ICNIRP Scientific Expert Group (SEG) in 2021.
